Doctor of Law by Universidad de Navarra, Spain. Professor of the area of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the Universidad de Piura. He was awarded Alexander von Humboldt-Stiftung scholarships to carry out postdoctoral research stays at the Institute of Criminal Law of the University of Bonn in Germany and at the Seminar of Philosophy of Law of the University of Bonn, in Germany.
